Saturday Strength Training Schedule Change

Important scheduling change for varsity winter training:

SATURDAY STRENGTH TRAINING AT CROSSFIT HAMILTON WILL NOW BE FROM 7-8:30 AM INSTEAD OF THE ORIGINAL 11-12:30 TIME.  This will be the Saturday time for the entire winter season and will begin this Saturday, November 14 (no session on Saturday, November 21).  Optional open erg times (starting January 9) for the boys are at the coach’s discretion and will be announced at Friday’s practices..

Payment for strength training sessions can be made directly to Kaitlin Jackson.
